I love it when people bring up the West Bank Wall because a vast majority of it isn't a wall, it is just a double layer fence (you know, like what we have now and is being expanded via the 2005 Secure Fence Act), and the 11 miles that are actually a wall have been under construction since 2000- 16 years for 11 miles.
Yes, they reclassify it as a "separation barrier." Which is actually really good. Because whether it is a moat with alligators, a double fence with pit bulls running in the middle, the great wall of china, or a river runs through it, the idea is for separation.
