Here's another novel thought.  Ban any and all Muslims that act inappropriately from any and all public places.  It's done quite often here in the states within some convenience stores.  A certain Valero store I know of has quite a growing list of people (not just Muslims) that are banned from entering the store now for offences ranging from shoplifting, drug selling, pimping, harassing or assaulting the employees....and generally making an @ss out of themselves.  It can be done.  And should be.

You would have to hire investigators to research each one of their backgrounds in order to determine if they have "terrorist ties".  Or inject them with a truth serum (violation of their rights).

Hell, most of them probably don't have any ties whatsoever...other than the marching orders they probably received from the local leaders in their local mosques.  These are people without papers or id or any kind of documents, remember.  Almost impossible to vet them, despite all of those empty promises and good intentions (road to hell).

Trump doesn't even need to enter into this, just policy. If DHS won't do the job, cut their funding at Congress. Take back the part about shall 'promulgate rules and regulations', and do it for them (it is Congress' job to write laws, anyway). There are ways to make things happen, if the GOP will use them.
