Donald Trump urged the American people to give Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation "the benefit of the doubt" when it comes to questions surrounding the money they have received from foreign countries.

Trump sounded reluctant to go after Clinton in an interview with Fox News' Sean Hannity, which the pro-Trump host aired on Wednesday.

Oh sure.  But when it comes to smut articles published in the National Enquirer about Ted Cruz....let's assume the worst.  Typical Donald J. Trump double-standards of no standards at all.
No quarter given to the enemy within...ever.

My guess is that Trump's record on squirrelly foreign money might make the Clinton Foundation look like child's play.

Again, just a speculative guess.  (In the let's not go there department)

Well of course.  I think everyone is willing to extend the benefit of a doubt to their friends, but not to their enemies.

If all I want is a warm feeling, I should just wet my pants.

Stealing a page from the Bernie playbook. Bernie could have ridden the emails to the nomination.

Bernie says "I don't give a damned about the e-mails" and Trump says "Let's give them the the benefit of the Doubt" on the Clinton contributions.

Trump doesn't want to talk about the Clinton Foundation.  He gave $100K to it and he doesn't want any light shown on his own Foundation that he uses as a slush fund for his charitable donations.

Bingo...it might come to light what he got for his $100K.

Yet, "someone should ask about Rafael Cruz in that picture with Lee Harvey Oswald!  I mean it's out there so someone should ask the questions!"

Yep, give the Clinton's the benefit of the doubt, but fire both barrels at Conservatives.  Hmmm, it's almost like Trump doesn't like Conservatives....
