Fox News host Andrea Tantaros did not complain to Fox executives or the network’s HR department about former Fox News CEO Roger Ailes, a source with knowledge of the legal proceedings alleges, despite her lawyer saying otherwise.

In an interview with New York magazine, Tantaros’ lawyer, Judd Burstein, said Tantaros filed a formal workplace harassment complaint about Ailes to Fox Executive Vice President Bill Shine on April 30, 2015, and met with him about the complaints. Ailes resigned from the network in July after a sexual harassment lawsuit was filed by former Fox News host Gretchen Carlson and several other allegations of sexual harassment surfaced in various reports. 21st Century Fox launched an investigation into Ailes’ conduct and is now also examining what other executives may have known, The New York Times recently reported.

This could be interesting:

'Meanwhile, according to Vanity Fair, 21st Century Fox is in talks for a settlement with Carlson and that there are talks within the settlement of "the existence of audio tapes recorded by multiple women in conversation with Ailes." Ailes has denied all allegations.'

If Roger Ailes hadn’t already been forced out as Fox News chairman and CEO, this likely would  have sealed it.

Andrea Tantaros, popular former co-host of “The Five” and, later, “Outnumbered”, has joined Gretchen Carlson, Megyn Kelly, and at least 20 others in coming forward to say Ailes sexually harassed her on several occasions before leaving the air in April.

New York Magazine’s Gabriel Sherman reported Tantaros was taken off the air after she came forward with the allegations to senior Fox executives, including Executive Vice President Bill Shine, General Counsel Dianne Brandi and Senior Vice President Suzanne Scott. Her lawyer, Judd Burstein, told Sherman, “She made multiple harassment and hostile-workplace complaints. As far as Tantaros knows, Fox executives never investigated her complaints.” Instead, according to Burstein, Fox pulled her from the air. “I believe it’s retaliatory,” he said.
