CNN President Jeffrey Zucker claimed in a piece published in Variety Magazine earlier this week, “I think our air, as opposed to others’, is truly fair and balanced.”
However, a review of some of its recent coverage finds that it is anything but.
CNN is coming off a big week topping all comers, both broadcast and cable, in viewership of the Democratic National Convention, which should say something about its reporting slant. Fox News, whose motto is “Fair and Balanced,” in turn, dominated ratings during the Republican convention.
