It is the trapezius muscle group that gives it away. Women simply are built like that, with 'traps' going up to their earlobes. A woman's body just doesn't work that way no matter how much they work out. Her whole upper body is 'stacked' for a man, for a woman it is impossible unless he/she is taking serious steroids.
Maybe she is transgendering? But then the question would be, 'Is it a man going to a woman?' or 'Is it a woman going to a man?' You really can't tell from the pictures what it is.
