State Dept Spox Thinks Idea They Are Transparent Is Laughable

State Department spokesman Mark Toner was unable to control his laughter on Thursday when he suggested to interns visiting the department’s daily press briefing that it is a place of transparency.
“I think we have some interns in the back. Welcome,” Toner said.
