Just mentioned Paulsen to a friend on Friday during a discussion about third party candidates.  This friend was too young to remember him.   My Dad got a kick out of Paulsen.  One year when he didn't like either candidate for President, Dad actually wrote in Paulsen's name in protest. 

RIP Pat Paulsen.
