There is no denying that Trump has already been more effective in going after Clinton corruption than anyone else in fifty years.

Moreover, there is the 'unwritten' chapter that Trump referred to today.

Telling us the abuse that Hillary and Betsy Wright heaped on Monica, Juanita and K Willey will not be off the table.

Always a risk.  Too bad Lindsey Graham did not convict Clinton in the 1990s.

No.  That is not what is said.

As Giuliani noted, The Hill or other entities can turn the emails over to US law enforcement. 

After all, we would not want Hillary to be blackmailed with emails that other entities have, but have not released....

FBI and NSA are parts of the US government.  You say and support Trump asking Russia to take over their duties for this.  Russia is a hostile foreign power.
