I'm not so sure we are losing the GOP, just the image of a party that stood for at least some Conservative values.  We lost the GOP years ago, but they kept up a pretense of being a little bit conservative, with a couple of prominent (at least among Conservatives) members.

At this point, we're going to get Hillary, which was the plan all along, on both sides of the aisle.

uuuugh, I would be shocked by look at who is running some of the convention events, Milo & Ann, Alex Jones. and more. Nothing surprises me.

There were also some screenshots where they were feeding some of the Denald Trump parody tweets too.

That's all we can do, @Victoria33 ......... and maybe that's what God has been telling us to do all along.

I am reevaluating my commitment to the political world.  Is it time well spent?  Or should I devote myself entirely to HIM, realizing that there is now no longer anything but corruption in the US government.

I'm not like others who gave up on the GOP long ago.  I truly believed the party could be reformed.

No longer.   Going with Trump, seeing the establishment Republicans go hand in hand with a corrupt, amoral Democrat like Trump........... it's put me over the edge.

I believe difficult days are ahead for us.  No matter who wins this election, we will be subjected to corruption like we've never seen in our lifetime, and perhaps a form of tyranny.  Our freedoms, which have been eroding, could disappear quickly now.

While others celebrate in their blind devotion to a demagogue, we mourn the loss of America.

I'm thankful there are eternal values far beyond what we've had all our lives in this once beloved country of ours....
