A Youtube account operated by Gavin Eugene Long and discovered by The Daily Caller reveals key insight into what might have motivated the 29-year-old black man who killed three Baton Rouge police officers Sunday morning.

Videos on Long’s account show that he was a former Nation of Islam member. He also railed against “crackers” and made references to Alton Sterling, the black man killed by police in Baton Rouge on July 5.

Other information about Long shows that the Kansas City native, who CBS reported was honorably discharged from the Marines in 2010, went by the name Cosmo Ausar Setepenra.

In one video filmed from Houston and posted to Long’s Youtube account on July 12, Long discusses being in the Marines and reaching the rank of E-5.

The facts are blacks have been killing other blacks by the thousands annually for about  a century. The numbers increased after WWII and millions of black migrated north. It has never been the case where the killings of blacks by the police has come anywhere near the numbers of blacks killed by other blacks.

@goatprairie add to this number the amount of abortions by African Americans and the numbers become astounding. We will never see the media, Sharpton, or Jackson bringing up these facts. The leading cause of death among black males ages 15-34 is homicide. over 90% of these are black on black. in 2013 52% of all pregnancies of African Americans were terminated by abortion. When someone shouts "Black Lives Matter!" I want to answer back: prove it by not killing each other, prove it by not killing your children.
