ACLU Says Deporting Illegal Aliens Is Unconstitutional

July 14, 2016| by Brian Anderson

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has very little interest in the civil rights of actual Americans. They pretend like the 2nd Amendment doesn’t protect American gun owners and they couldn’t give less of a f*ck for the religious rights of Christians. They do however love to protect the Constitutional rights of illegal aliens who don’t have Constitutional rights. In their latest piece of asshatery the ACLU claims deporting illegal aliens violates the Constitution.

The ACLU put together a slander sheet against Donald Trump in which they used the liberal media’s interpretation of the GOP nominee’s words, rather than his actual words to prove that his policies would be unconstitutional. Part of this hit piece claims that Trump’s plan to deport illegal aliens would violate the Constitution:

Trump has indicated that he would constitute a “deportation force” to “round up” all undocumented noncitizens and deport them so that the “good ones” can reenter legally…constitutional problems would arise from Trump’s notion that he would attempt to deport all of the undocumented immigrants in the United States.
