Ginsburg says she regrets comments on Trump
Published July 14, 2016 FoxNews.com

DEVELOPING ...

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said Thursday she regrets the critical comments she made about presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, after facing a bipartisan backlash.

“On reflection, my recent remarks in response to press inquiries were ill-advised and I regret making them. Judges should avoid commenting on a candidate for public office. In the future I will be more circumspect,” she said in a statement.

Ginsburg had given an interview to The New York Times saying she didn’t “even want to contemplate” the country and court under a President Trump.

She later called him a “faker” in a separate interview.

Too late Ruthie...you can't put that toothpaste back into the tube.  If some legal matter involving the Trump campaign ever ends up in the Supreme Court, there'll be intense pressure for her to recuse herself.

Look on the bright side:  the cases she'll likely have to recuse herself from - including, significantly, Second Amendment cases - are more likely to be decided favorably.

Of course she would  need to recuse. The heat should be on for her to resign.

And, Trump needs to shut up about her. She's standing naked (sorry) as a political hack and there is NO ONE going to rise to a credible defense. Trump needs to let everyone else destroy her.

I love the folks who know (and knew) exactly what Mr. Trump should do and say to win.

Yeah. That poor political novice Trump, has made such a mess of his presidential run....

...as he readies his campaign for his Republican nominating convention.

Justice Ginsburg regrets criticizing Trump
By Daniel Halper July 14, 2016 | 10:18am

Ruth Bader Ginsburg says she regrets publicly attacking Donald Trump — but she isn’t saying sorry for excoriating the Republican presidential candidate.

“On reflection, my recent remarks in response to press inquiries were ill-advised and I regret making them,” Ginsburg said in a statement released by the Supreme Court Thursday.

“Judges should avoid commenting on a candidate for public office. In the future I will be more circumspect.”

Dims better hope this year isn't like 2000.  Her recent comments could force a recusal

More likely, the DNC or Clinton Syndicate.

Scalia said, I have many friends on the court. One of my best friends is Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
Ginsburg said, The only thing worst than Scalia dying, would be if he had lived.

This highlights the difference in the way the Left and the Right think, fundamentally.

If you disagree with someone on the Right, they will consider you an opponent with a difference of opinion, but not necessarily a bad person.

If you disagree with anything or anyone on the Left, they will want you dead, and your family executed, and your grave desecrated, and everyone who ever knew you to be boiled in oil. Their hate knows no bounds.

And yet, it is we on the Right who are considered the 'intolerant' ones.

Ginsburg outed herself as being more of a Left-wing activist than she is a judge. She is not there to interpret law. Her mission is to shape and mold the law to suit her view of the way things 'should' be, and not the way things are. This is something that most of us have already known for years.

Halperin: If Ginsberg Was Republican ‘The World Would Explode’ from Her Trump Comments

http://newsbusters.org/blogs/nb/nicholas-fondacaro/2016/07/14/halperin-if-ginsberg-was-republican-world-would-explode-her

Aint that the truth- this would be a major scandal if a republican judge had said this about her heinousness and would dominate the airwaves for months- keeping it alive until election time- yet you can scarcely find evidence of ginsburg saying it in the msm- complete double standards by the msm

Oh, well....that makes it all better now.  Cause we all know, you can say anything you want to say as long as you claim that you 'regret' saying it.  But only if you're a rabid, frothing leftist.

You watch.  Ginsberg will probably step down/resign now (gee...she had to)....and let Obama appoint another leftist, GOP-hating justice to replace her.  Someone even more leftist, even more rabid, and even uglier (if that's even humanly possible).
No quarter given to the enemy within...ever.

Wonder how she would feel about going down in history as having the congress impeach or attempt to impeach her?
America needs God's forgiveness....... Even if Donald Trump doesn't think he does.
