'She's a good little girl!': Coach father - and ex-NFL hero Randall Cunningham - gushes as daughter Vashti, 18, becomes youngest US Track and Field Olympian in 36 years with silver in high jump Rio trials

Vashti Cunningham, 18, made the US team after clearing 1.97 meters in the women's high jump coming in second place at the Olympic trials
Her father and coach, retired NFL All-Pro quarterback Randall Cunningham, played the majority of his career with the Philadelphia Eagles
After her win, he said: 'This is greater than anything I've ever done'
She finished second behind 32-year-old mother-of-three Chaunté Lowe who cleared 2.01 meters and in third Inika McPherson at 1.93 meters
If Cunningham medals at the Olympics, she would be the youngest to do so since 1972

Randall is not only a good Christian, humble but was a great NFL QB as well.

We've been watching the trials. This is one of the nice stories to emerge, although it's a bit of a shame she turned pro already and won't be able to be a college athlete.
