Trump on Terrorism: ‘You have to Fight Fire with Fire’

The billionaire focused on the threat of terrorism during a speech to thousands of his supporters at a campaign rally in St. Clairsville, Ohio, on Tuesday night.

“Folks, there’s something going on that’s really, really bad. It’s bad, and we better get smart and we better get tough or we’re not going to have much of a country left,” Trump stated at the beginning of the campaign rally, referencing the terrorist attack in Istanbul where at least 36 people were killed. “It’s bad.”

“We don’t even fight to win” anymore, Trump said of the United States.

He discussed terrorism throughout his speech, telling his supporters, “If I get in, they’ll get blown away by me,” in reference to ISIS.

Trump said he wants to rebuild America’s infrastructure, but he first must take care of ISIS.

“They probably think we’re weak,” he said of the terrorists in reference to how people in the U.S. debate waterboarding. “We have no leadership.”

Trump said he doesn’t think waterboarding is “tough enough.”

“You know, you have to fight fire with fire,” he declared. The crowd broke into cheers, chanting, “U-S-A, U-S-A!”

“We have people out there who are so vicious and smart,” he added.

“They’re beating the United States of America,” Trump said, estimating there’s about 30,000 to 35,000 members of ISIS.

He added that if he’s president, they won’t get away with it anymore.

I heard Trump was going to announce tomorrow a plan for signing up volunteer suicide bombers from the US.

In Israel, they find out who the suicide bomber is, and they give his family and relatives minutes to get out of their respective houses and the bulldoze them or blow them up.   Pave it over.  Salt the earth.

In Russia, they deal with kidnappers by responding with containers holding ears and fingers and video of the kidnappers' families.
