Following the U.K.'s decision to Brexit, Khan took to Facebook on Friday to express his support for the many London residents who hail from other parts of Europe:

I want to send a clear message to every European resident living in London - you are very welcome here. As a city, we are grateful for the enormous contribution you make, and that will not change as a result of this referendum.
There are nearly one million European citizens living in London today, and they bring huge benefits to our city - working hard, paying taxes, working in our public services and contributing to our civic and cultural life.
We all have a responsibility to now seek to heal the divisions that have emerged throughout this campaign - and to focus on what unites us, rather than that which divides us.

London, England has a population of about 8,000,000. This guy is going on about the 1,000,000 "Europeans" living there.
Is "Europeans" a nice little euphemism for "muslims"? I thought Great Britain had always been a part of Europe.
Muslims there, as well as anywhere else in Europe (Sweden, Germany, France, etc) are not there with the intention of assimilation,
they are there with the intention of outnumbering the population and taking over. Electing one as mayor shows that the Brits have been fooled, something they will live to regret.

If the mayor meant to say people from continental Europe, he should have said so.
It's like saying there are 10 million North Americans living in the United States.
