Fort Bragg soldiers train to get Americans to safety

Anxious American citizens waited for direction from military police hours after they were safely taken from an area that was becoming overrun by enemy forces.
The soldiers inspected identification for each American citizen. They worked quickly to transport the Americans to a safer location.
The evacuation was part of an exercise designed to test how soldiers would evacuate Americans from countries with increasing hostility or with an impending natural disaster.
