A needed explanation.
Found out that day the first love of my life of 37 years ago , first gf who I would call a actual gf, passed away from an illness recently.
Not to give too much info but we were each others "first" and her death really hit me hard especially since we parted ways young and not out of anger or hatred and there was still a sort of love in me for her and I'm sure she looked at me the same way even though we are both happily married.
I know it was a long time ago but you NEVER get over those first High School romances when they were right.
A friend of hers posted some pics of us together on FB which I have never seen and it sure did bring back the memories. Glad there are places like to vent because I could not bring up this to my current friends nor wife of course.
