I agree with your post, but wanted to comment on this specifically.  Nothing profound, but I have had the idea for some time to put criminals to work separating true garbage from recycle garbage.

I think in the next 4 yrs under hillary we will see a recession, more terrorist attacks, increased problems in trade, a growing deficit and crime will increase. If conservatives don't act like the Trump supporters trying to bully and insult people into supporting their candidate, but instead point out how conservatism does have the answers to our problems we might see them come around.

I just read that Sen Cruz endorsed a strong conservative for the Senate seat in CO.

He's not giving up. He's fighting for conservatives to be elected to the Senate!

And in the meantime.... the idiot Cruz-haters are still spewing at him even as they are forced (almost daily) to parse, explain and excuse Trump's gaffes and verbal idiocy.   I don't see this nation changing in four years enough to save us via another Cruz run.  I just can't even imagine how we will still even be considered a free nation by then.  Call me a pessimist....but I see it as being a realist.
