Our smiling thug is not in danger and is enjoying pepper spraying the protesters. If there were no arrests because of this there should have been and he should be in the jail cell with the thug
protester who sucker punched a trump supporter earlier.

You have the right to self defense. You do not have the right to taunt, infuriate, or use defensive weapons "for fun". Just like you do not have the right to shoot someone in the back if they're fleeing, nor do you have the right to shoot someone just for stealing your property (may be exceptions to this by jurisdiction).

The real tragic thing is now that people are using pepper spray offensively, saw an antiTrumper do this on May 31st, it will be outlawed and regulated. It's a non-lethal, useful defense if used responsibly.
