JICYMI, the "navy officer" is a phony, placed on the stage behind Hillary to make it look like she has military supporters.  His dress is completely out of uniform.  Everything is wrong with his dress.  Hillary's staff's work.  It might even be a member of her staff.  Be nice if we could identify the guy.

Hmm... not sure how one would go about looking up headshots of Hillary's staff, but the guy looks like Peter Peachfuzz (of Rocky and Bullwinkle infamy). He won all sorts of medals—all awarded by the enemy.

He is obviously a civilian, the hat tilt gives that away, and the uniform is either a Halloween costume or maybe a waiter costume meant to spoof the military for some reason.

Whomever he is, and whatever that uniform is supposed to be, neither of them has anything at all to do with the actual military. Once again, the Clintons find a new way to insult our Armed Services. It seems to be a specialty of theirs.

So, the question is? What country is his uniform from? It is not an American Navy uniform at all, of any kind.
Whether the guy was really actually in the Navy or not, is answering the wrong question.

Maybe he 'made up' his own uniform so he could be on stage with Hillary with it on. This is normally against regulations, but in this case, I don't know. Since this is not a real uniform, does it apply?

It is a Chiefs uniform, but you never are allowed to wear metals and bars at the same time, so it was definitely for show...
