Unstereotyped: Why this black pastor supports Donald Trump

Warning: This story contains language some may find offensive.

Excerpt:

Quote
But black Republicans are warming to Trump. In January, The National Black Republican Association endorsed Trump, saying the candidate had "demonstrated that he can push back against the mainstream media, end political correctness and free black communities from the destructive grip of socialist Democrats." Earlier this month, Buzzfeed reported that black conservatives were urging Trump to be more vocal about issues affecting the black community in order to gain their support.

For Davis, Trump's rhetoric is unimportant. "I live in the upper Midwest, and the infrastructure is falling down where we live, from the bridges to the streets to everything," Davis said. "To have a builder, someone that's done something in office, to say that he is going to redo infrastructure, and bring jobs back to the community through tax cuts and these types of things, then my ears are all open."

Like many Trump supporters, Davis said he appreciates Trumps candor, regardless of whether it's openly supportive of the black community or not. "I don't need somebody to scratch me on my head, and tell me I am wonderful," Davis said.

Okay, this is from last Tuesday; but merits mention like the other story.

I definitely can see some signs of why African Americans in general, could be wary of Trump.  He needs to quell down supporters that do not look for his image.

I can see Trump getting four, maybe five, percent of the black vote.

They see Trump's comments about the "Mexican" judge and wonder "when is he going to start in on us"?

Where's Trump going to get the money to do this?

He's right that the Democratic grip has brought destruction for the African American population.  It has enslaved them to the government and kept them in crippled slums with crippled education.  So sad that they kept electing the left into government.  Because they relied on government for so long.  If they embrace Trump the same thing.  Trump has no intention on bringing jobs for African Americans.  He has a yuuuge Amnesty plan to assure that the Hispanic/Latino populations can go out and come back in for the African American jobs.  As for infrastructure.  I think that is a pipe dream and they should know it.  They have to start electing Conservatives.  People who are Constitutional that believe that all people are born with God given rights.  That all Americans deserve life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.  Until they start making the right choices at the polls they will continue government enslavement.
