Here's a fun one, a little known Australian group recorded the well known "Double Shot of My Baby's Love" (Swinging Medallions and they do a version with Springsteen on youtube, so apparently he likes it, that video is in one of the Carolinas by the way, he said he'd boycott NC which I disagree with but oh well).

Fun fact about the Cockroaches: two of their members, Anthony Field (lead singer) and Jeff Fatt (the drummer) had a bit more success with their next band...

I took it out and neither yours nor mine shows the page.

Different tastes everyone has; the Canadian group (if I missed that in the other thread), The Band wrote "The Night They Drove Ol' Dixie Down" but I really like the Joan Baez version and she of course, had a hit with it.

One can look for them oneself.
