TEHRAN, Jun. 18 (MNA) – IHRC has lodged a protest with the UN over its decision to remove Saudi Arabia from a blacklist that had cited Riyadh for killing and maiming children in its continuing involvement in the civil war in Yemen.

According to unnamed sources within the UN, the decision came about after threats from Riyadh and its allies that they would withdraw funding for UN programs if the move was not reversed.
