From the Daily Caller:
Quote
A technology contractor that pleaded guilty to one count of theft scheme of $100,000 or more in February has been awarded more than $2 million in government contracts since an investigation was launched in March 2014, according to documents obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation.

Investment Management Enterprise, Inc (IME) received the contracts despite being sentenced to three months of probation and ordered to pay $165,520 in restitution to the city of Baltimore after charging around $180,000 in work that was not done.
Nothing like due diligence.

:facepalm2:

(I can picture this since a Maryland contract default would not necessarily show up in CPARS or SAM, but, still...haven't these govie types heard of "Google"?)
