They might like him, but, no, most Democrats don't agree with Vice President Joe Biden's claim that he would have been the "best president."

The latest Rasmussen Reports poll found that just 26 percent believe the veep would have made the best president. Some 45 percent said they don't think he'd be best, and 29 percent were unsure.

Among all likely voters, just 21 percent said he would be the best, 56 percent disagreed, and 23 percent were undecided, said Rasmussen.

This week, Biden told ABC that he "would have been the best president" had he run and won. Instead, he stayed out of the race, a decision made after his son Beau Biden died.
