Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) declined to endorse Donald Trump after a meeting Thursday morning, though he said he was “encouraged” by what he heard from his party’s presumptive presidential nominee.

Ryan wants to keep his job as Speaker, he knows Trump will have no GOP coattails, so he will talk up the unity thing but thats about it, why endorse the guy who is going to put you out of a job..
