Which expert advisor would that be?  I mean he already is on the record as saying he consults himself on foreign policy...meaning he is (in his mind) his own best SME when it comes to at least how to deal with other countries.

And since Trump in the past has been the type to use things like the H2B visa program to bring in foreigners to work at his clubs...what happens to those "average American voters" when he doesn't turn the spigot off?

I'm not disputing that he's learning as he's goes.

But the proof here is that today, it appears like he's changing his mind, while all it is...is a case of somebody like Newt Gringrich to tell him he can't constitutionally do that.
