46 Terrorists Killed in Air Force Raids in Western Iraq
http://en.farsnews.com/newstext.aspx?nn=13950221001459TEHRAN (FNA)- The Iraqi army continued its advances in the Western part of Iraq, killing scores of Takfiri terrorists in tough battle.
The Iraqi fighter jets carried out 19 sorties of attacks on the terrorists' military positions in Kharshabat, Kanash, Tal Aswad, Kani Shirin, Albu Shahab, Al-Karama, al-Fahilat and Beiji in Western Iraq.
Meantime, a terrorists' gathering center was destroyed in Batanya region.
The militants' heavy military grid and missile positions came under the Iraqi airstrikes in al-Hawija region as well.
Also on Tuesday, the Iraqi air force destroyed 14 mortar and missile launch-pads in Anbar province, killing at least 73 ISIL terrorists.
ISIL's arms and ammunition depots were also destroyed in the Iraqi warplanes' strikes.
Yesterday, the Iraqi army and volunteer forces (Hashd al-Shaabi) continued their advances in Anbar province, and seized back a strategic village near the city of Mosul.
The Iraqi army and Hashd al-Shaabi are now in full control of Karabuk village in Makmour region in Anbar province.
Karabuk is the seventh village in Anbar province that has been recently won back.
The six other villages which have been seized back include Mahanah, Kudilah, Kharbardan, Kamardi, Kharaba and Qaryat Umah Awah.
