NC governor sues Obama administration over bathroom law challenge

North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory on Monday filed suit against the Department of Justice over its challenge to the state’s controversial transgender bathroom law.

The state was facing a Monday deadline set by the Obama administration to respond to its demand that North Carolina either scrap the law or face legal action and risk losing federal funds.

like petulant children, society is trying to throw off all 'shackles' that currently restrain immorality and reign in deviant behavior in an attempt to create their Utopian civilization- thinking that a universal moral code just hinders 'free thought'- Sadly for the nation, God may just allow society to do so

I hope this governor stands his ground as it appears He's the only one the nation right now with enough guts and chutzpah to do so- I fear this going to a federal court though, as I'm sure corrupt court system will rule in the government's favor- Even though the governor is correct- the federal gov is trying to equate a deviant lifestyle CHOICE with a genetic predisposition (race) that is not a choice- The obammer administration will very likely try to push this through this year- knowing they can bully john roberts again

But the bathroom issue is a clear sign of American apathy.
A very small percentage of Americans want to give confused men the right to pee in a woman's bathroom.

There should be a large majority that would oppose this.
Up until now, the confused minority didn't even dare to ask. But Americans have become either apathetic or Trump supporters.
