Like the kind of evil CEO that Socialists love to hate, Bernie Sanders is blowing through millions of dollars, going from failure to failure, living the good life while firing the people who work for him.
Here's what the Private Jet Progressive lifestyle he's living looks like.
The plane was a Delta 767 which can seat 250 or so people, though Sanders only took 50 in his entourage.
There's lobster sliders, crab salad, red lentil soup, herb crusted lamb loin, chocolate ganache, fine cheeses, white wine and those are just the highlights.
Sounds nice. But staffers are getting the ax.
Bernie Sanders’ campaign started letting hundreds of field staffers go on Wednesday, hours after five states in the Northeast voted and the Vermont senator fell further behind Hillary Clinton in the race for the Democratic nomination, five people familiar with the situation told POLITICO.
"We're 80 percent of the way through the caucuses and primaries and we make adjustments as we go along. This is a process that we’ve done before of right-sizing the campaign as we move through the calendar," said Sanders' campaign communications director Michael Briggs.
"Right-sizing" is often a popular corporate euphemism for "downsizing" after that term got a bad reputation from guys like Bernie Sanders.
So the "authentic" anti-Wall Street candidate of the left is a guy who flies around in chartered jets with the menu of a fine restaurant while firing people left and right. Another reminder that class warfare is just a euphemism for lefties demanding class privileges without producing profit, abusing workers in ways far worse than corporations and then ranting about all the evil corporations.
