I'm for Trump.  Kasich looks like a doofus in that photo, which is what he is 100%.

Anyhow, my point has been made to those it was directed at for their hypocrisy.

The thing I honestly dont understand is why Trump is not wooing the 200 ~ 300 uncommitted FIRST BALLOT delegates on TRUMP Force ONE.

Maybe for some golf or to get some Trump wine in Virginia. Or to hang out with Ivanka and family.

If the uncommitted delegates went public now, it would effectively lower Trump's magic number to below 1237.

This is how I can contribute this cycle.

Made a bunch of Call for McCain/Palin in '08 and CD 1 rep in NH.

Got burnt out working calls...

YES!  I did the same for a local candidate two election cycles - people can be sooooooo nasty.  Thats why it was so nice that the Sanders campaign caller I got was so funny, didnt hang up on me when I said he reached a Cruz household.....chances are we are neighbors.  It doesnt cost anything to be nice.

Who knows, at some point we may be supporting the same candidate for something.....

I am told most people here do not use Pings, AKA mentions since they are a couple of clicks inside your profile menu.

You are right, am new here and trying out stuff to get a feel for the site.

Twin statements from the Cruz and Kasich campaigns. They're finally working together. Vote Cruz in IN, Kasich in NM and OR.

I forgot the source, but I saw on Twitter that there were back channel discussions between the Trump and Kasich campaigns, for Kasich to be Trump's VP.

That would make sense strategically (see above)

Of course, on the issues / outsider space Trump and Cruz are more compatible.

Even though Trump supporters arent wild about Cruz. ...  :chairbang:

That might turn out to be a mistake.    :smokin:

I thought Cruz was competitive in WA and OR.  NM is proportional.

Cruz will definitely do well in Nebraska, MT and SD....

Anyhow, my point has been made to those it was directed at for their hypocrisy.

Interviews by TIME with 32 of the 63 unbound delegates revealed that 19 are committed to or leaning toward voting for Cruz on the first ballot. Six more, who did not respond to requests for comment from TIME, have indicated publicly their support for Cruz to other news organizations. And one other delegate said that while he was not supporting Cruz, he would never vote for Trump.

Business Insider spoke with 65 candidates for unbound-delegate slots in the state — roughly 40% of the total ballot. Hayes, who is running in the state's 10th Congressional District and is the youngest on the ballot, is one of the delegates trying to stop Trump's rise in the party. He was the only one who outright identified as running on a "Never Trump" platform.

http://www.businessinsider.com/donald-trump-pennsylvania-unbound-delegates-2016-4

Hayes is definitely a Cruz ally in the 10th CD as stated above.

This district is slightly tough for Cruz, since he only has two of three delegates on the slate endorsed.

I agree.  And I thought Cruz had a strong campaign and infrastructure in OR.

Cruz was just on Laura Ingraham's show. She was nicer to Cruz than I expected.

Cruz is definitely behind the strategy of storming Indiana and leaving NM and OR to Kasich

Kasich is way liberal for me, but keeping Kasich from forming an alliance with Donald is key.  If Donald gets Kasich to unite with him then his 'Magic Number' is reduced to under 1100 from 1237.

Well it is clear today from Rush's show and Trump's reaction, that the Cruz/Kasich team up should serve to take the race to California.

It now ly'n Ted and 1 for 38 Kasich.

Trump is going to find it tough to unify folks after all the insults

Well it is critical to vote.  Trump is going to have a hard time to unite the party, unfortunately.

The one insight I would offer up is that Trump is used to 'walk away' power in his business dealings.  There is always another boat to buy or another plot of land to develop.

But it does not work that way in politics.  He has trashed all 16 of the other contenders.

And look what it got him.  Weak tea praise from 'pathological' Carson and 'bridge boy' Christie.

And they are libertarians because....  ?

They want to smoke pot while on welfare ???

Do these 'young' folks really have the life experience to make such judgements...   ?

And they are libertarians because....  ?

LOL the ones who are out there smoking weed while living in parents basement collecting welfare are voting for Santa Sanders!

From what I've seen, the libertarians just WONT subscribe to anything they don't individually believe in - so appear to be more 'rogue' than repubs.  I may be wrong (wont be the first time) but to get the support from the party, republicans always seem to be making deals.

Maybe a third party guy will never get elected.  But I'm getting tired of feeling like I need a shower when I get home from voting.

Tragedy of the commons...

We have to teach the young people about consequences then turn them out to vote.

Was conservative when I was eight....
