The country can't survive another Clinton in the White House.

Perhaps not, although if we hold at least one House of Congress, we can minimize the damage except on the Court.

But I'm also not sure we can survive 4 years of Trump.  I see him as basically a Rockefeller Republican with a foul mouth.  Not only do I think he's likely to start a trade war and crash the economy,, but he'll do it under the mantle of the Republican Party, and we will get the blame.  And since he's basically running against the GOP Congress as well, he makes it more likely that we'll lose that too.

I will never vote for Hillary, but if Trump remains who he has shown himself to be during this campaign, I won't vote for him either.

If Hillary wins, we not only lose the SCOTUS for 20 to 40 years, we'll even more importantly lose the 2nd Amendment. That my friend would be the beginning of the end.

I know now that I can't.  I thought I could initially, but the stench just got too strong and I have no doubt that his policies, such as Supreme Court nominations, will probably be about as liberal as Clintons would be.  Why vote for Clinton-lite?

The closest option for me was the "stay home or vote down ticket" option. 
If Trump is the nominee, I will vote Libertarian in the presidential race and then vote straight GOP in all the down-ticket races.

Neither Trump nor Hillary are seeking this nations best interest......the only difference is Trump leads the corporate investor activists to fill their pockets.... and Hillary's the current sitting politicians. ....... In the end this is the game.....it's not for leader of this country....it's which of the two entities and their buddies who takes over the revenue flows of this nation to accomadate their monetary interests and investments both in this country and abroad.....and this by increasing tax's....controlling companies via leveraging in threatening ways and means.......

There is no difference in their agendas.....nor their orchestrated targets to continue to generate or take revenues out of the American tax payers pockets...Ones A Political Thug organization..the Other the Mob organization....either way it's still a take over of this country and it's resources to fund their investments and ventures........

That said, I'm not sure that 4-8 years under Trump would be in any way better than those same years under Hillary.

They both share the same political ideology, they're both arrogant elitists, they're both control freaks, and they're both mean.

The way I see it is Trump has no track record to look at whereas Hilary was a long one. We are at a stage in the politics where both major parties are about the same. Not the voters, the parties.

In order to break this spell they have over the electorate, we must find someone to who can work some magic out side the box. Trump might not be that person but, he's not beholden to either party or the lobbyists.

I didn't vote for Trump in the TX primary but, it's fairly clear that Cruz isn't going to be the nominee. Since both of these candidates claim to be anti-establishment and have garnered most of the votes, I'm pretty confident most of them want what I was describing...a revolution of sorts in the political process.

I feel that if we lose this opportunity, it won't be available later. This current generation mostly believes socialism is the way forward. We need to change their minds NOW!
