Washington Post Assigns Two Dozen Reporters To ‘Reveal’ Trump In New Book

ALEX PFEIFFER

10:30 AM 04/11/2016

The Washington Post is planning to release a comprehensive Donald Trump biography in August titled “Trump Revealed.”

The effort is headed by executive editor Martin Baron, who previously led the Boston Globe’s investigation into sexual abuse by Catholic priests.

The book will be released whether Trump wins the Republican nomination or not. Baron told the Associated Press in a statement that Trump is “major political figure and is expected to remain one.”

Over two dozen reporters and researchers are reportedly working on the book. It will be co-authored by reporter Michael Kranish and senior editor Marc Fisher.

The Post and Trump have had a contentious relationship throughout this election cycle. Trump has threatened to change libel laws if elected. He said about the Post, “believe me if I become president — oh, do they have problems. They’re going to have such problems.”

The book’s release date is set for August 23.

This is mostly an attempt to get under Trump's very thin skin and it will no doubt succeed.

His little thumbs will be bloody with all of his tweets.

Wasn't that done to another Republican candidate? Nothing they could find would be as repulsive as a sexual predator enabler and Behghazi.

Like it or not those people who are all for Hillary Clinton do not care one lick about her illegal e-mail server, Benghazi and anything else she is guilty of.  They just want to see Hill and Bill back in the White House.  As for the "sexual predator", no one cares about that either.  Bill Clinton lowered the bar so much that a 3-legged ant can step over it easily.

The hardcore supporters don't care (which says everything I need to know about them), but there are many undecideds that will care.

Consider that the Washington Post is owned by Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon (net worth: $46 billion).

Trump is not going to be able use his standard tactic of lawsuit spam to force the Post to stop or retract this.

Hope they move the release date up a few months.  Like in... say May?

There are very few undecided voters this year.  Hillary is completely known, as is Trump.

At least 5%. Those undecideds may well decide the election. There also may be a number of people voting who have never bothered voting before.

That's what is so sad.  Perhaps if Bill had never been President the way wouldn't have been paved for Obama, Hillary and Trump.
AG William Barr: "I'm recused from that matter because one of the law firms that represented Epstein long ago was a firm that I subsequently joined for a period of time."

Alexander Acosta Labor Secretary resigned under pressure concerning his "sweetheart deal" with Jeffrey Epstein.  He was under consideration for AG after Sessions was removed, but was forced to resign instead.
