Just to be clear, President Trump would need ample warning that earthquakes, nuclear attacks, tsunamis, tornadoes, terrorist attacks, etc were coming before giving any manner of serious thought about what his proper response to them would be.

Is that about right?

As an aside, is the idea of a brain surgeon not giving any thought to any and all the possible things that could go wrong during brain surgery prior to cutting into your brain give you any sense of comfort as you go into surgery?

Why is it OK to support a Presidential candidate that hasn't taken the time to think about one of the most contentious issues of our time?
