The special magic of the joint tenancy was that each tenant, no matter how large the group or how small his contribution, "owned" the entire estate.
"Special Magic" indeed! "Impossible Magic" would be a more accurate description. If that ever happens,I plan on buying a share and then leasing out the whole building on a long-term lease. Let's see how they like THOSE beans!
