Why should Edison have all the fun shutting power off.
I worked for Edison and had the keys to the big switch. In fact I had the
switch changed to be visual only when an engineer from Cleveland started
his screwing around. Hooked up a second computer with access to data of
the real computer and made that castrated version the dial up.
Lilly Tomlin with her ringy dingy calls to the electric company was a favorite
before I educated myself. Still she was a great comedian.
