Why Cruz Actually Won Both WY and DC Primaries

Tonight Ted Cruz decisively won the Wyoming primary with the majority of votes and decisively won Washington D.C.’s primary by taking last place.

It is pretty telling that more beltway insiders, lobbyist, and elites want Donald Trump than Cruz and most vastly prefer Rubio and Kasich to either.
