So... I couldn't help but notice last night that it seemed that Christie was 'lurking' in the background. He seemed uncomfortable. I was so, so glad that he didn't announce Christie as his VP last night. IF we are stuck with Donald as the nominee; it may be less traumatizing if he picks a decent VP.
Christie's Approval in New Jersey Drops After Trump EndorsementGovernor Chris Christie’s endorsement of Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump has cost him some support of voters at home in New Jersey, a poll found.
Twenty-seven percent of registered voters polled after Christie’s Feb. 26 endorsement of Trump said they approved of the Republican governor’s job performance, compared with 33 percent before, according to a poll by Fairleigh Dickinson University’s PublicMind.
Christie stunned some supporters with his surprise endorsement of Trump in Texas, saying the real-estate investor is the candidate most likely to defeat Democrat Hillary Clinton. Christie dropped out of the race Feb. 10 after finishing sixth in the New Hampshire primary.

“Joining forces with Donald Trump was hardly a vehicle for getting voters to reconsider their sour mood toward the Governor,” Krista Jenkins, professor of political science and director of PublicMind, said in a statement.
The poll was conducted Feb. 24-28. The survey of 694 voters in New Jersey has an error margin of plus or minus 3.9 percentage points.
