Trump: Ryan can get along with me or 'pay a big price'

Donald Trump warned Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) that he'll have to pay the price if he doesn't get along with a President Trump after Ryan repudiated him for failing to disavow backing from David Duke.
"I'm going to get along great with Congress. Paul Ryan, I don't know him well, but I'm sure I'm going to get along great with him," the front-runner for his party's nomination said during his Super Tuesday speech. "And if I don't, he's going to have to pay a big price."
 
The comments came after Trump had a huge night on Super Tuesday, racking up victories in Massachusetts, Arkansas, Virginia, Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia.
 
The real estate mogul has had a tempestuous relationship with party leaders, including Ryan, who previously had criticized Trump's call for a ban on Muslims entering the nation.

Ryan is Trump's equal.  Trump is not his boss.

Ryan can impeach Trump, but Trump can do nothing to Ryan.

Remember this:  Donald Trump has never punched anybody in the mouth.

I guess my theory is right.. Trump has never read the Constitution.

Tell me please....why do you jump to interpret Trump's words to mean he'd remove him and cost him his job?

What Trump is doing here is hanging the 'Executive Order' over the Speaker's head.

I get it now, it is OK that your guy rules by executive  order but not the other  guy?

There have been party tussles before ('52 '64 '76 '92) but it's rare that a front-runner threatens the Speaker of the House from the  same party, 30 seconds after proclaiming himself the unifier.

The GOP Congress will challenge Trump's EOs just like they did Obama's and will win most of those confrontations in court.  You realize Obama has lost most of his EO battles with Congress, don't you?

You want a white Obama, DC.

My take is Trump will call out the roadblocks, like Cruz has been doing, rather than allowing them to hid behind misdirection and collusion.
That is the real threat...

Obviously he's not read the Constitution and I have my doubts that he even knows the functions of the three branches of government.  I heard him loud and clear last night when he stated that he is a businessman.  Yes Donald, we realize that, but what you need to realize is this is NOT a business!

Trump would flunk a 4th Grade Civics Exam.   
He  knows nothing about the Balance of Powers. Or maybe he does, but says screw the balance. This is why he is so dangerous.

I bet he thinks The Night of the Long Knives, was a great political move.
