PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island -- Students at Brown University say homework is interfering with their protesting schedules and demand professors grant them extensions on homework and tests.

Students want to be full-time activists and say the 'student part' of college is taking a toll.

A student named "David" told the university newspaper that his course load is just too much and he can't keep up with his activism.

Other students say the ivy-league school simply has unrealistic expectations.

So far, faculty members aren't budging on the amount of homework they assign.

NavyCanDo:
They should changes schools. Here on the Left Coast, they can get credit for protesting.

EC:
Navy, that just rated a double face palm.

WHAT?!

Bill Cipher:
They could always leave school, but I suppose then they'd also have to get real jobs to pay the bills.

Wingnut:
My how times have changed.  Back in my day homework got in the way of Drinking and/or Trolling for some Trim.
