Buffalo chicken wings originated back in the early 1960's in the Anchor Bar.  Teressa or Maria was her name.

They were served with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing with lots of napkins.

She would drop dead of a heart attack to see how global chicken wings have become. 

Don't believe any other claim about their origination.  I was there.   :patriot:
