Police are investigating black on white attack in Brooklyn
Police in Brooklyn are investigating what they say is the second racial motivate attack on a white victim this week. Investigators said the incident occurred in Brooklyn and the black attacker was heard to say, “This one is for Malcom X, Cracka,” according to a report in the Daily News.
An officer at th scene told reporters that a 51-year-old white man told police that he was on Nostrand Ave. near Glenwood Road when a black man ran up and knocked him to the ground about 5:40 p.m. Monday. “This is for Malcolm X, cracka,” the brute said before he storming off. Fortunately, the victim was not seriously injured in the attack.
Randy Aveille, the victim of Sunday’s attack, has a black eye on Tuesday after he was assaulted at the Church Ave. subway station in Flatbush.
A spokesman for the NYPD’s said that the incident is being taken very seriously and is currently being investigated by the Hate Crimes Task Force. Police say they are trying to determine if the assailant is the same man who beat Randy Aveille less than two miles away this past Sunday.

In that attack, Aveille, 44, said he and his fiancée got off the Q train at the Church Ave. station in Flatbush when an attacker sucker punched him. “Cracka, you don’t belong here,” the assailant said before walking off.
Police investigators reviewed footage of the incident that was captured on surveillance cameras and have released images of the man they say is responsible for the attack on the train platform. The images were released on Wednesday and police said that anyone with information regarding either attack is urged to call NYPD Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
