Bernie Sanders Opens Up 60-33 Lead Against Hillary Clinton In New Hampshire Poll

Bernie is dangerous, as much so as Hillary, but it is fun to see her sweat.

Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders has opened up his widest lead yet over rival Hillary Clinton in the crucial state of New Hampshire, according to a new poll released Tuesday.

The new WMUR/CNN poll out this afternoon shows the Vermont lawmaker with a whopping 27-point lead over the former Secretary of State -- 60-33 percent. That’s a climb of 10 percentage points for Sanders since mid-December and a drop of 7 points for Clinton. It marks Sanders’ highest support and widest lead in any poll in any state so far. His popularity in the state is also sky-high, earning a 91 percent favorability rating among Democrats there....

That is a huge lead and things aren't looking good for Hillary.  It's a shame that those two are the only choice the DEMS have.  A socialist and a criminal.

Democratic socialism is the endgame though few admit it openly, so at some level they are all socialists. Who else would run for the Democrats?

This polling is sign that Clinton is suffering bleed-out wounds.  I will be very interested to see the polls in the next two weeks.  She hasn't done anything to staunch the bleeding, let alone getting the wounds healed.  There may not be any way to handle this many problems at once - and I think she may have some problems having the energy for the long haul.  She is being hit from so many directions and what does she do now? Ignore them as partisan attacks? Play the victim?  Her biggest trouble is that she is now having to run so far to the left to try and stop her party from deserting her that she is in the south calling Bernie Sanders a racist.  That's what she has? Bernie doesn't even need to answer that - the party's rank and file itself will be incredulous at that assault.  So ironic.  She is hoping for the black vote to be a final backstop?  I guess that means she is going to start hammering the Oscars soon.

Any other name, and she'd already be out of the race.

If he blows her out there by that kind of margin, even if she wins Iowa (which in itself is in question), then it's a real race from there. Even a tight 2nd place in Iowa is virtually a win for him. Follow that with a large margin in NH and he could well snatch it away from her from the momentum that gives him.

...The first filing deadline for DEM is Alabama’s on Nov. 6, but that’s followed fast by Arkansas on Nov. 9, and, crucially, New Hampshire and Florida on Nov. 20 and Nov. 30, respectively. (Caucuses tend to have much later filing deadlines than primaries, if they have them at all. Democrats have until Jan. 22 to file for Iowa’s first-in-the-nation caucus, scheduled for Feb. 1. Republicans aren’t required to file.)

By Jan. 1, both parties’ deadlines for 16 states—including several that are important for their size or early date, like Ohio, Georgia, Virginia, Texas and Nevada—will all have come and gone.

But it’s not just the filing deadlines themselves that could cause problems. Different states have different requirements to get on the ballot, but many have onerous rules requiring a campaign to gather signatures from registered voters and/or submit forms to various state agencies.
