Rep. Mia Love endorses Rubio

Utah Rep. Mia Love announced her endorsement of Marco Rubio on Thursday, in the latest coup for the Florida senator among his congressional colleagues, highlighting her belief in his national security credentials.
Love, widely regarded as one of the Republican Party's rising stars, met with Rubio in her home state last month for a roundtable with business leaders and a campaign rally. The Utah Republican rose to prominence with her speech at the 2012 GOP convention, winning her seat in last year's midterm elections. The daughter of Haitian immigrants fleeing from the country's secret police, Love said she found much in common with the life story of the senator, whose parents immigrated from Cuba in the 1950s.
"When he came to Utah, I saw him inspire people," Love said in an interview with Fox News. "He has a positive agenda moving forward. And for the first time in a long time, I felt someone who really loves this country and doesn't take advantage of, take for granted the benefits that this country has and also willing to put himself and take on the responsibilities of being a citizen in this country."
"I think the biggest reason" for her endorsement, she said, "is he didn't treat Utah like a flyover state."
Last week's attacks in Paris only helped to solidify her view, she said, that he is "very strong when it comes to foreign policy, national defense, and this is a time where we need a president in our country who is going to make sure that we are strong."

Seen nothing bad or even slightly dodgy "professionally," as it were, and her personal life seems admirable too.
Too early to say shes going to be great. Not too early to say she's damned good! :laugh:

The chamber of commerce and rest of the donor class will see that she is compensated quite well.
