A SHOCKING video of a suspected Islamic State terrorist blowing himself up as he attempts to launch a grenade has emerged online.

The man, alleged to be a member of ISIS, is seen dressed all in black and crouching on the floor in the 45 second clip.

He prepares the rocket propelled grenade launcher and viewers see him stand up and hoist the weapon onto his shoulder.
The suspected ISIS fighter is seen directing the weapon towards a large hole in a wall, created by a previous blast.
As he prepares to take aim and fire the deadly grenade, it explodes in his hands, leaving the room covered in rubble and smoke.

The video, which was published online on Tuesday, comes a day before the House of Commons debates whether to extend air strikes from Iraq to Syria.
