Gov Jerry Brown Tries To Bully Attorneys General Into Climate Hoax Surrender

Governor Jerry Brown is a deranged, earth-worshiping, open borders liberal agitator. He’s a dangerous individual in the California, particularly given the amount of power he has at his disposal as the state’s chief executive. He’s more than willing to use it to promote his false state religion, climate change, and to punish mankind for their transgressions against the sacred alter of “Mother Gaia.”
Brown has been quite active in the current push to shackle the people of the world to a nonsense climate tyranny, having joined forces with his fellow Marxists and control freaks across the globe, including most notoriously those in the White House, the Vatican and the UN. The goal is to convert us from free men to common slaves.
Last Monday, Patrick Morrisey, the State Attorney General of West Virginia and Ken Paxton, the Texas Attorney General, sent a letter to Secretary of State and Climate Nazi John Kerry, outlining their opposition to the regime’s dictatorial imposition of their climate foolishness upon the America people.
They reminded the self-serving politician that they are leading a legal challenge to the unlawful dictates of the so-called “Clean Power Plan 1 and suggested it would be improper for Kerry and comrades to fail to notify the participants at the COP21 climate summit that a court challenge is working its way through the system, one that is supported by a majority of states.” They also reminded Kerry that ratification by a two-thirds vote of the Senate is required for any agreement which comes out of their discussions to be binding.

They also stated, “The ‘president’s’ commitment to reduce co2 emissions is premised on an unlawful regulation that is unlikely to survive judicial review. The ‘president’s’ representations regarding his administration’s CO2 emission reduction plans are based on unilateral executive action that is unlikely to be the law for very long. That’s the kind of common sense realism that could send Jerry Brown into convulsions. This was not only blasphemy against the earth goddess, but heresy against the new “cool religion” of planet worship.
The legal rebuke of their new “religious guidelines” was enough to draw the fuming ire of governor moonbeam, launching him into a vicious attack upon his critics.
He wrote “It’s come to my attention that you penned a letter this week to U.S. Secretary of State John F. Kerry and copied top officials in the United States, French, Chinese, German, Indian, Russian and British governments seeking to undermine climate action here in America and abroad, ahead of the United Nations Conference on Climate Change.”
Brown was hoping for a smooth trip down the green river for the unwitting citizens of the US, he’s not amused by the AGs’ insubordination to the climate masters. He presents himself as speaking for all the people of America, including himself as he proceeds to tell the AG’s that they speak for nobody. He expressed what will, if the people of the world are fortunate, his misguided confidence that the authority of the abusive EPA to regulate greenhouse gas emissions from power plants would be upheld in spite of them not being pollutants.

Brown said, “I write to you today as a former California attorney general, current governor and fellow citizen of the United States to state unequivocally that you do not speak for me. You do not speak for California. You do not speak for the other cities, counties and states across America that stand firmly with the President and have intervened to defend the Clean Power Plan. And you certainly do not speak for the dozens of regions, states, provinces, cities, and even countries across the globe – with a combined GDP larger than that of the United States – which have joined California this year and committed to taking significant and bold action. We have all done so by signing the Under 2 MOU climate agreement.”
He added, “Together, we strongly support the President’s efforts to secure a lasting international agreement on climate change in Paris.”
Brown included a fairy tale, theatrical “dooms day” presentation with his response on a flash drive. It held movie script endings for each AG of the “Al Gore Inconvenient Truth” variety, totally fabricated and irrelevant alternative realities that make for a mediocre story but are completely irrelevant as far as offering any insight to the weather, the future or the hoax of climate change.
The Governor said, “While I encourage you to read all 841 pages, you’ll see that the report includes convenient, digestible summaries of climate impacts by region. It finds that in much of Texas, for example, “rising temperatures are leading to increased demand for water and energy” and in West Virginia, “more intense precipitation events will mean greater flood risk, particularly in valleys, where people, infrastructure, and agriculture tend to be concentrated.”

He closed his pitch saying, “Political expediency and legal obfuscation won’t cut it. Crass obstructionism is not a solution.”
Foolish pursuit of a meaningless solution to a non-existent problem won’t cut it either. Brown is wrong and doing nothing is a solution.
