At the same time as Obama is trying open the flood gates and bring refugees into the country, Arab nations are working hard to keep the dangerous refugees out.
In the video (see above), Kuwaiti Official Fahad Al Shalami explains that accepting people that are different from them would be be disruptive to their country.
