Russian Warplanes said to have Bombed Turkish/Syrian Border Town
« on: November 26, 2015, 09:44:47 pm »
Unconfirmed.

"Back in October a Russian fighter jet was shot down by Turkey for entering Turkish airspace, even though Russian President Vladimir Putin said the plane never left Syrian airspace.

Then, merely two days ago, Turkey again downed a Russian plane, to which Putin responded by calling the act ‘a stab in the back.’

Now, Russian warplanes are said to have bombed a Turkish/Syrian border town and their residents…

From Yahoo: [linked]

'One resident said the air strikes hit a busy main square in the town of Saraqeb in Idlib province, where hundreds of vehicles brought in through the nearby Bab al Hawa border crossing were being sold.

A second resident who was nearby and witnessed the bombing said several wounded people had been taken to hospital. Hundreds of drivers had raced away from the scene immediately afterwards in the vehicles they had hoped to sell, he said.'

Russia has yet to officially confirm whether or not they were behind the air strike that “hit a depot for trucks.”
