The Blacktivist That Interrupted Donald Trump is a Failed Cop and Repeat Criminal (VIDEO)
Trump called it.
He said that the liberal media would make a huge deal of the #BlackLivesMatter blacktivist that caused a disturbance at his rally.
Of course, while the lamestream media is painting him as a victim and hero, they are conveniently forgetting that Mercutio Southall failed out of the police academy and went on to a life as a thug.
AL.com reported on Southall’s criminal record and failed attempted career as a cop in September:
On July 4, 2014, Southall was involved in a two-hour standoff with police. At 7:03 a.m., officers arrived on the scene at Fourth Street and Richard Arrington Boulevard, where they said Southall was armed with a rifle and another gun in a holster.” The man was saying he had a right to bear arms, and had second amendment rights,” said Lt. Sean Edwards said at the time.
Southall surrendered at 10:35 a.m. and police said they were sending him for medical evaluation. “I had a shotgun on my shoulder and a copy of the constitution and I was teaching people about the law,” he said. “Because I know the law and know my rights, that’s what makes me a threat. That’s what makes me a bad person. That’s what makes me dangerous.”
Five months later, in December 2014, Southall made headlines again when he and another man were arrested following a Black Lives Matter protest and march at a Homewood Walmart. About 40 people were involved in a peaceful protest, but trouble broke up when the group began to disperse. Southall, and Randall Corey Anderson, 31, of Georgia were taken into custody, and the confrontation was caught on video that got attention on social media.
Anderson was charged was criminal trespass; Southall with criminal trespass, resisting arrest and possession of marijuana. The charges were eventually dismissed for both.
The showboating blacktivist also has a habit of egging on police and getting arrested during #BlackLivesMatter protests.
In fact, one rally-goer said Southall was egging on the people at the Trump rally and he was the one who caused the whole disturbance.
“No one kicked him or called him racial names. He laid in the floor refusing to get up & leave. Every time they got him on his feet he would try to lay down again,” the witness said, according to TGP. ” When they did finally get him on his feet & headed towards the door he tried to run back into the crowd shouting & screaming Black Lives Matter garbage. Finally when they were escorting him out of the crowd & towards the door is when he pulled up his outer garment revealing his BLM shirt.”
Of course, the way the liberal media tells it, their hero-of-the-moment is a saint.
